Gondola Subcommittee Meetings – Held on the third Monday of each month at 3:00 PM (schedule may be adjusted for federal holidays).
Gondola Leadership Meetings – Scheduled intermittently; updates will be posted on the SMART Gondola Project page on the SMART website.
Project B
Throughout 2025, the Town of Telluride will develop a Station Area Plan for the Oak Street Gondola Station. This planning process is an opportunity for the community to help shape the future of this important transportation hub.
Through public input, the community can identify priorities for things such as:
Bike parking
Multimodal connections
Accessibility improvements
Landscaping
Transit-oriented development opportunities
The final plan will reflect the community’s vision and be integrated into the broader Gondola Project, ensuring a seamless and well-connected transportation system that aligns with local goals.
Get Involved
The planning process is expected to be completed by the end of Summer 2025, with multiple opportunities for public engagement along the way. Your feedback will help create a space that meets the needs of residents and visitors while enhancing the regional transportation system.
