Public Private Partnership with Servitas Approved
Town Council approved a recommendation from the RFP Interview Committee regarding the selection of Servitas as the development team for the Canyonlands/Towerhouse Public Private Partnership and authorization of the Town Manager to execute a Predevelopment Agreement (PDA).
Project Open House Round 1
The Town and Servitas will host two community meetings surrounding the Canyonlands/Tower House Public Private Partnership, the first of which will take place June 29 from 5:30-7 pm in the Wilkinson Public Library Program Room.
During this meeting, representatives from Servitas and the Town of Telluride will discuss the project history, needs and next steps as well as discussing the RFP, site information, and a programmatic in-person survey.

Servitas and the Town of Telluride will present the following:
- Conceptual Design
- Site Planning
- Virtual Proposed Floor Plan Walkthrough
The Project Open House is free and open to the public and a great opportunity to review the proposed plans, ask questions and offer feedback.

Canyonlands / Townhouse Public-Private Partnership
Project Description: This project consists of 28 deed-restricted rental units, 8 for-sale deed-restricted units, and 3 free-market units. It aims to increase workforce housing through a collaborative public-private model.
Team: Servitas LLC / BCC
Past Activities: Ground Lease, Replenishment Resolution, and THA Resolution approved in 2024; preliminary and demo permits issued in January.
Status: Financing closed in February; project is under construction.
Projected Completion Date: March 2026
