Mobilization (April 28 – May 2, 2025)
Before construction begins, the contractor will spend about a week mobilizing. This includes delivering equipment, setting up the work zone, marking utilities, and preparing for the removal of sidewalks and ramps.

Pine and Colorado | Southeast Ramp | May 12 - May 26
Work officially begins at the intersection of Colorado and Pine Street. Crews will remove and replace concrete ramps, sidewalks, and curbs to bring this area into compliance with ADA standards. Traffic and pedestrian detours may be in place during this time.
Pine and Colorado | Southwest Ramp | May 12 - June 6
Work officially begins at the intersection of Colorado and Pine Street. Crews will remove and replace concrete ramps, sidewalks, and curbs to bring this area into compliance with ADA standards. Traffic and pedestrian detours may be in place during this time.
Spruce Mid-Block | North Ramp| May 12 - June 16, 2025
Between Pine and Willow, a mid-block crossing near Spruce Street will be improved with updated ramps and sidewalk surfaces. Work here will occur while Pine Street is nearing completion.
Oak Street Mid-Block | North Ramp | May 19 - June 16, 2025
The next intersection on the schedule is Oak Street.
Fir and Colorado | North Ramps | June 24 - July 4, 2025
While construction wraps up at Pine Street, crews will begin work at the Fir Street intersection. These two work areas will overlap slightly, with coordination in place to limit disruption to nearby businesses and foot traffic.
