On Thursday, September 21, Town Council will discuss Economic & Planning System's regulatory fee study and discuss whether a regulatory fee will be imposed on short-term rentals moving forward. 

The Town of Telluride and Economic Planning Systems (EPS) will host three stakeholder meetings on Wednesday, July 26 to gather input regarding the current STR policies in place to explore the impacts on local community members, restaurants, retail, lodging, and real estate. 

These sessions are intended to gather feedback from key stakeholders regarding the impact of short-term rentals, current STR policy and more.

The Town of Telluride released an RFP to find a company to conduct the STR Study to best inform future policy and/or ballot measures surrounding short-term rentals.
